Your Role as a Field Technician:

As a Field Technician, you will support Field Supervisors and ensure our clients receive exceptional service during their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Support & Coordination

• Assist with customer follow-ups and communication regarding damage recovery
• Coordinate field activities and maintain contact with adjusters and contractors

🔹 On-Site Assistance

• Package and transport damaged personal property from incidents like water, fire, and mold damage
• Remove affected textile items and handle follow-ups on billing and customer concerns

🔹 Job Management & Logistics

• Manage multiple job files and assignments efficiently

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Education: High school diploma or GED required
✔ Experience: Prior experience in restoration, construction, or related fields preferred
✔ Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 35 lbs. daily
✔ Background Check: Must have a clean driving record
✔ Pre-Employment: Must pass a drug and alcohol screening
