Your Role as a Furniture Specialist/Warehouse Tech

As a Furniture Repair Specialist, you will play a vital role in both furniture restoration and warehouse operations. You will restore damaged furniture to its original condition, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist in cleaning and organizing various personal property items.

This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Furniture Restoration

• Repair and restore various types of damaged furniture.

• Ensure all items meet quality standards before returning to customers.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🔹 Warehouse Operations

• Accurately inventory, document, and tag incoming items using a digital tracking system.

• Assist in cleaning and restoration of personal property (furniture, clothing, and household goods).

• Organize and store items safely and efficiently.

• Follow company safety and handling procedures.

🔹 Team Support

• Collaborate with other team members to meet operational goals.

• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

✔ Key Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Basic computer proficiency for digital inventory tracking.

✔ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior experience in furniture repair, warehouse operations, or inventory management preferred.

• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

• Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
